UNITARIAN UNIVERSALIST FELLOWSHIP
KERRVILLE, TX
HOME PAGE
OUR PURPOSE
The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Kerrville affirms and promotes an
atmosphere of congenial companionship and of inquiry in the search for ethical,
social and personal truths. We subscribe to the Seven Principles agreed to by
Unitarian Universalists (UUs) around the country through the UU Association of
Congregations(UUA). We cultivate an open religious environment, free from
constraints of any particular creed or dogma.
THE SEVEN PRINCIPLES
-
The inherent worth and dignity of every person.
-
Justice, equity, and compassion in human relations.
-
Acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth in our
congregation.
-
A free and responsible search for truth and meaning.
-
The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our
congregation and in society at large.
-
The goal of world community with peace, liberty and justice for all.
-
Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.
